About the Pastor

Pastor Andrew Day has been teaching the Bible for 14 years and has helped many people understand the message God has for them in His Word. Originally from Gaylord, Michigan in the USA, Pastor Andrew and his wife, Jennifer, have lived in Ireland for eight years and are both Irish citizens. Their twin sons, Aidan & Ian, were born at CUMH in Cork in 2019. 

Pastor Andrew has been a born-again Christian for 23 years. Although growing up with an alcoholic father and in a non-religious home, he decided to choose Christ when he was 17 years old. His amazing testimony can be found at the bottom of the page. A couple years after becoming a Christian, God called him into full-time Christian service, and he began studying at his church’s Bible Institute. It would later become Grace Baptist College. In 2005, God called him to Ireland and he took a mission trip to visit the country. While traveling through Ennis, God placed a burden upon his heart to start a church there. Pastor Andrew graduated from Grace Baptist College with a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Theology in 2006. In 2009 he was ordained as a pastor. 

In 2007, he and his wife, Jennifer, were married. In 2012 they arrived in Ireland with a desire to help and minister to the people in their community. For seven years they assisted the Bible Baptist Church of Ballincollig, Cork. During this time in Ballincollig, after 12 years of marriage, God would bless their family and give them two precious boys in 2019. 

Later that year, God directed their family back to the USA, not knowing what would happen in just a few months and how it would change the world for nearly two years – Covid 19. In 2021, God made it clear for Pastor Andrew and his family to return to Ireland, and they returned on November 16. They are currently residing in Sixmilebridge.
